(More customer reviews)These Boston Acoustics HS 40MDNT speakers are fairly small in size, but don't let that fool you. They sound much larger than they actually are. The rubberized case is different than the standard wood cabinets, but it's a nice touch and they are built very rugged. I cranked these way up in the store and compared them to the latest from Polk, Klipsch and Bose and these had the richest sound with a good mix of bass and high ranges. Great speakers!

With their slim profiles and small footprints, Horizon bookshelf speakers take up hardly any room. But there`s hardly any room they can`t fill with deep, realistic sound. Place them on a desktop or hang them on a wall and stand back -- their performance may startle you at first.
