(More customer reviews)I was anxious to get this speaker and once it arrived I hooked it up right away. It has more low end bass than expected which is great. My older, but higher end RXV995 yamaha receiver with 100W / channel is hooked up to it. This speaker takes every bit of the receivers output but it sounds great. I wouldn't recommend going with a cheap receiver or amp to drive this speaker, 100W / channel minimum. I plan to use just one of these rock speakers with both stereo channels hooked into it. Based on the inside sound I was able to achieve, it should be more than enough to fill my patio area with great sound outside. If not, two of them would be more than enough.
